Abstract Sinonasal non-intestinal-type adenocarcinoma is a rare malignancy, with limited large-scale studies available in the medical literature. We present case report of 60-year-old male patient sinonasal adenocarcinoma, isolate lagophthalmos and abducens nerve palsy, who had been exposed for 30 years to hard wood dust.
